Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer:

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
• Free Shipping on orders over $200, within the U.S.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.

3. Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are supported via USPS.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

• Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
• Provide your order number and photos (if applicable)

We’ll do our best to make it right—either with a replacement, store credit, or refund.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship:

• Hazardous materials
• Items restricted by local or federal laws
