Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

To start a return, contact us at Contact@thereelogfishing.com. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable). Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized items
• Digital downloads

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

If your return is rejected, we’ll contact you to discuss next steps.

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or product? Contact us and we’ll help with the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
